Appeal to Alumni

Dear Alumnus,

I hope this message finds you well and thriving in your endeavours. As a valued member of our esteemed alumni community, we are reaching out to you with a heartfelt appeal to make a difference in the lives of our current students who are facing financial challenges.

Our institution has always stood for excellence, fostering a spirit of learning and growth. However, we are currently witnessing a growing number of talented students who, due to financial constraints, are struggling to fully engage in their academic journey. These students embody the same potential, enthusiasm, and passion that once defined our own experiences at Veterinary College, Mannuthy.

This is where we believe the strength of our alumni network can truly shine. Your support can be a beacon of hope for these aspiring minds, enabling them to overcome financial barriers and pursue their academic goals with the same vigour that we once did. Your contribution can make a lasting impact on their lives, opening doors to opportunities that may otherwise remain out of reach.

Here are a few ways your support can make a difference:

• Student Aid Fund (SAF): A one-time emergency financial assistance programme of Rs.20000.00 to each eligible student.
• Students’ Support Programme (SSP): A sponsorship programme to cover the tuition fee and mess fee for three years (2nd to 4th year). Cost involved: Rs.2,02,607.00. (Can also be paid year-wise also @ Rs.63143, Rs.63143 and Rs.76321.00)
• Endowments: The interest accrued every year to the corpus donated by the alumni would be distributed as Endowment Award to the students as desired by the donor.
• Working Fund: The functioning of the Association, including the Alumni Day Celebrations, solely depends on the donations made by its members.

Your involvement through financial contributions reinforces the strong bond we share as alumni. Together, we can uphold the legacy of our alma mater and empower the next generation to reach new heights.
